The appearance, personality and experience of our security operatives, is at the forefront of Guardians selection process. We offer professional security in a welcoming way. Our security operatives will be approachable, first class communicators, and be dutiful to visitors and staff alike.
Guardian will perform combined services at reception, or behind the scenes. With diligent attention to front of house duties, operatives will assist with monitoring CCTV systems, electronic access control, temporary visitors passes, and the collation of any issues to the appropriate manager.
Access controls are not only limited to outer entrance points to a building and areas, but can continue internally to present a series of layered security measures, where security needs to be heightened for areas containing particularly sensitive items or key operational and expensive equipment, documents and records, Guardian is up to the task.
At times of disputes and disagreements due to restructuring, layoffs or dismissals, in which encounters with upset or aggrieved individuals can take place. Guardian operatives will use their experience to keep these situations incident free, maintaining calm and working through these stressful circumstances.
Being visible on patrol or in static positions, Guardian’s presence will reinforce and reassure all company employees and visitors that they are in a safe environment. With a mixture of prearranged or fixed number of random patrols through twenty four hours, adding predetermined key point checks of the building and grounds will ensure all is in order. We can significantly reduce the opportunity for illegal activities, such as vandalism, trespassing and theft.
Guardian will show a willingness to be adaptive and accept the evolution of our security role within your company as it develops and to undertake training as required. We align ourselves with the most recent company and government health and security guidelines. (Including Covid 19 protocols)
